Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pulsar account and navigate to your order history to submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of receipt.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories and seals intact; electronics must be in 'as-new' condition to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided RMA shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to be sent to our Seoul-based inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the device for hardware integrity; once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
